You Food Habit Is Not Perfect:
You have to focus on your food menu and habit whenever you feel weak. Timing is also very important. Absence of balanced elements on your food menu and taking a long term interval between two meals etc generally make you very weak. So, ensure balanced diet with essential food value and take them every after 3 or 4 hours with a little amount.

You May Suffer From Water Deficiency:
Water deficiency decreases the amount of blood in your body. It makes your body weaker. You feel very tired due to lacking of essential water. Change in your habit to drink water. You have to take at least 5 or 6 glasses of water per day said the health experts.

You Are Suffering From Liver Problem:
A research shows that, if your liver loses its working efficiency and cannot work properly, we get tired easily. Because, liver makes our body pollution free as it gets out the toxin elements from our body. It cannot work properly the remaining toxin elements weaken your immune system quickly.

Vitamin C deficiency also increases weakness. It is must to ensure about 45 mg of vitamin C per day. Enrich your food menu with apple, banana, orange, broccoli, pineapple, cauliflower and cabbage etc.

Weakness takes place in our body due to magnesium deficiency. If you cannot fulfill this demand, your weakness would be lasted for a long time.
