We love foods. We live on the stuffs on the earth. There are numerous types of foods are available around the globe and food lovers never miss the chance to taste the variety when they are out of home. But you can also make different sorts of easy foods at your own home.

You just need the right recipe and ingredients to make your foods. Here is the recipe for peanut butter and jelly tiramisu. You do not need to worry again for a light breakfast and evening meal.

Ingredients:
To make peanut butter and jelly tiramisu, you will need:
Peanut butter (creamy one) – ½ cup
Raspberries – 5 cups
Jam (raspberry preferable) – ½ cup
Confectioner’s Sugar – ½ cup
Vanilla extract – 1 table spoon
Cream cheese – 10 ounces
Heavy cream – 1.5 cup
Crisp ladyfingers – 10 pieces
Shaved chocolate (used for topping only)

Process:
In the beginning of the making, beat the cream, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla extract, butter and half of the heavy cream together. Beat them for about 5 minutes. Make the ingredients smooth. Then add the remaining half heavy cream on the mixture and beat them for 3 to 4 minutes more. But be careful lest you make the overbeat.

Now, take a small bowl, place the jam with ½ cup of water and beat them. Make sure the mixture turns smooth. Then place the two or three table spoon of the jam mixture on a pan (loaf pans are preferable for the purpose) and cover the jam with the ladyfingers. Use half of the ladyfingers to cover the mixture and the remaining will be used for brushing after covering. Place the ladyfingers after their shapes and sizes, and then brush the remaining jam mixture with the remaining ladyfingers. Liquids may emerge but nothing to worry. The ladyfingers are there to absorb the liquids.

Before topping with the raspberries spread half of the peanut butter cream over the ladyfingers and brush them again with the leftover jam mixture. Now place the peanut butter cream on top and cover with plastic. Wrap it tight. Keep in on the refrigerator for at least 8 to 9 hours.

When you bring that out of the refrigerator after about 9 hours, top the remaining raspberries and apply the shaved chocolate. Finally sprinkle the confectioner’s sugar on the tiramisu. You are done. Serve it.
