Fruit custards are one of the most preferable dessert items and people are fond of it in some of the countries after a three or four course meal at noon or at night. The fruit custard is so popular not only for the tastes but for its nutritive values too. It is a combination of different tasty and nutritious fruits. But the chill fruit custard is the best one and here is the simple recipe of the chill fruit custard.

Ingredient: in order to make the chill fruit you need the following ingredients:
Custard powder (Vanilla Flavour), 2 spoons,
Sugar – as per your need,
Milk – 500 ml
Fruits- Apple, citrus fruit, banana, mango, orange, strawberry, papaya, grapes or any other as per your taste.

Heat the milk for about 10 to fifteen minutes and then use two spoons of custard powders on a small cooking pot. Make a mixture of the two. Then add some sugar on the paste and place the cooking pot on the stove. Stir the mixtures until it gets thicker. Keep the mixture on the stove for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then preserve the mixture or refrigerator for two or three hours. The mixture will be thicker in the low temperature.

Slice the fruits and mix them together. Then place the sliced fruits on a small bowl. Spread the custard mixture on the sliced fruits. You can serve it then or can still keep the entire custard on the fried for about half an hour more to get more chilled.
