At times people are allergic to eggs and refuse to have cake or foods prepared with eggs. For them, foods without eggs are more preferable. Here is an easy recipe for those who do not prefer eggs on their menu.

Duration: 20 minutes

Five mutes for preparation and 15 minutes for baking.
Flour 1 cup
Milk 1 cup (liquid)
Corn flour 2 tea spoon
Sugar ½ cup
Oil/ butter 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tea spoon

At first mix some sugar with the liquid milk and add some corn flour with the mixture. Stir them properly. Take another pot to mix the baking powder and the flour together. Finally, blend all the mixture together and add some oil or butter. Bake the mixture on over for about 10 to 15 minutes within a reasonable temperature. Besides, you can use griddle too for the cake baking. Get the cake out of the oven when it is done; serve it when it is chilled.
