Although chocolates are preferable dessert items, it is mostly eaten at the leisure hours and if it’s a special chocolate cake, fewer people can control their metabolism. Here is the simple guide line to prepare a special chocolate cake at home.


It may take about one and half hour.
Flour ½ cup
Cooking chocolate – 2 t/s (table spoon)
Egg – 2 pcs
Sugar – one cup
Oil – one cup
Baking powder – ½ (t/s)
Milk powder – 1 t/s
Cocoa powder – ½ cup
Vanilla Essence – ½ t/s
Butter – 1 t/s

Preparation process: At first, melt the butter on a frying pan and mix it with the cooking chocolate, when the both the chocolates and butter get melted together save the blend on a pot. Use the white portion of the eggs to blend and add some sugar with the blend when it turns like foams. Then blend again for about two to three minutes to melt the sugar with the egg. Mix the oil and blend again for about two minutes.

Use another pot to pour down the flour, cocoa and baking powder and nudge them with your hands until they get mixed properly. Mix the flour combo with the eggs that is saved on the other pot. It is better to use table spoons to mix the flour with the egg blend at first and then all the ingredients with hands. If you rush in this stage, the cake will not puff of. It is imperative to preset your oven at 180 degree centigrade. Use some oil on the paper dice for cakes before you pour down the cake mixture.
